Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY
AS MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU 100% WOULD LIKE THE ITEM BEFORE ORDERING
DAMAGED/FAULTY ORDERS
ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASSEMBLED WILL NOT BE HONOURED FOR A RETURN !
ORDERS WHICH INCUR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT OR THAT ARE/BECOME FAULTY WILL BE HONOURED FOR A RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER OR PERSONALISED 
IF YOU RECEIVE FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER.
 

- SEND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM

-SEND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL PACKAGING INCLUDING THE ADDRESS LABEL.

- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME AND ADDRESS 

All the above information should be sent to our email and MUST be submitted within 48 HOURS from receiving the order.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND THE PACKAGING IS VISIBLY DAMAGED YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, SIMPLY REFUSE THE DELIVERY AND THIS WILL RETURNED BACK TO MYDOLLHOUSE,
A REPLACEMENT WILL THEN BE MADE AND RE SENT
